Just following up on our Fire Warden meetings from earlier this month. As usual thanks again for coming out to both of our properties to remind our tenants on safety protocols in the event of an emergency. The tenants loved the meeting and the information . Some used it as a reminder while others learned safe protocols for the first time. Nevertheless, we thank you for providing this great service.                                          – Caroline Ruiz,  Lincoln Property Company    8/7/2024

It is always a pleasure to see you & again, your training was great! Loved the comic relief. We can all use that at the end of the day! And, of course you saved me time. You also saved me when I needed help on writing our emergency procedures. Thank you again for that help too! Turnkey Real Estate Solutions   – Aubrie K. 10/28 2024

FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING – $249

Typically, 3-5 participants per Fire Extinguisher

Additional $25 Recharge fee per Fire Extinguisher, if Fired Up Solutions provides the Extinguishers.

Unlike other Fire Extinguisher companies, everyone uses a Fire Extinguisher.

Please contact me to discuss location and details regarding where the training should be held.

*Please note, I do not service Fire Extinguishers

*** Consider utilizing a fire extinguisher as a last resort of defense from an assailant by activating the fire extinguisher and pointing the nozzle end at the assailant’s face as it’s being discharged. (Considered this tactic when a fire extinguisher was accidentally discharged at my own face, leaving me temporarily incapacitated)
